If I am going to imprint a cream, does one imprint for the stated time on IC.

Ex: Pain Relef Complex gives a 2min transfer time. Assuming that's normally for a 2L bottle of water - and I am imprinting 4 oz of cream, how many times should I run the imprint? Just the 2 mins or longer? Or less?

It was mentioned in one of the videos that 6 X the 2 min imprint time was pretty much as strong as it gets.
