I have trouble falling asleep most of the time, and I always wake 3hrs into a sleep cycle. This is a nightly routine of falling asleep for a couple hours and then awake again. Not wanting to sleep with headphones on, I played this Brain Delta (Sleep) Audible through a well balanced JBL speaker for the sound quality and to ensure the best experience. I placed the speaker next to me and felt the vibration along with hearing the binaural beat. That's all I remember! I know I fell asleep without racing thoughts or tossing and turning because I woke up a few hours later in the same position. For my next sleep enhancing experiment, I will play this audible on a continuous loop to see if it helps me overcome the sleep-wake cycle I experience, with a goal of getting through at least 6hrs of uninterrupted sleep.
