I let it run on my phone on loudspeaker the entire night on a volume so low that I don't consciously hear it. That worked well after 3 nights or so.
Lo dejo funcionando en mi teléfono con el altavoz encendido toda la noche, a un volumen tan bajo que no lo oigo de forma consciente. Funcionó bien después de unas 3 noches.
