Do I need to do this for the whole hour to see results or can I use it in increments throughout the day?

Erin Monachese, best to do the whole hour. If that is not possible, you can pause and resume later. If you play each time from the beginning and only for like 15 minutes, you will not get other frequencies that go after 15 minutes.ย

Anton SFย why when I pause for a minute and hit play it stops lighting up? Sound is up and Bluetooth is still connected? It would be nice to be able to even restart but fast forward to where I was left off.

Rick van Loenen, please try using different browser, like Chrome or Brave (if not yet). Usually it should continue playing. If still not working, we will improve this in the mobile app that we are currently developing.ย

vrabundance, yes, it is okay to run different ICs continuously throughout the day, one after another. Many users on do this depending on their goals (e.g., morning energizers, digestion support after meals, detox support in the evening, sleep aid at night). However, here are some best practices to keep in mind:
  • Prioritize by Time of Day:
    • Morning: energy, metabolism, circulation
    • Afternoon: focus, digestion, detox
    • Evening: calming, inflammation, sleep support

For example, if I use the Optimized Transfer time function in the ACTH Axis 2.0 program, is this as effective as running each program separately one after the other?

Angelika Pfeifer, yes, using the Optimized Transfer Time feature in a complex like ACTH Axis 2.0 from technicall point as effective as running each IC separately one after the other. ย It is a bit more load on the body to process few ICs at a time, but up to 3 PEMF ICs and up to 6 Imprint ICs is okay for most people - that is how ICs are...
