Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

I have the original Glo pad and it's not working. Actually have two and both are fully charged but not working. I can log into my account and choose a complex but it won't transfer. Any ideas?

Heather , please try also restarting your phone or try different phone or laptop. After transfer is started please make sure the audio volume is set to a maximum level.ย

Hi Anton 
I have downloaded the app 
I noticed that audibles can be downloaded, so I activated the button for it

However, I cannot listen to the audibles when offline

I have uninstalled the app and installed it againย 

It's finally playing offline

However, when offline, it dies not allow me to choose headphones/speakerย 

But when online, it allows itย 

Can you fix this?

Nes | QA Analyst I noticed that Vagus Song, Balace song and Trauma eraser song all need to srart the transfer when online. Once it has started, then I can go offline and then press transfer again

What I mean is that I cannot start transfer when offline
It has to start online first, and then go offline

Is it meant to be like this?

Maritza Lue Once download is successful, it should start transfer when in offline mode even when you didn't transfer while online.ย 

But we're working on an improved player to solve some device-related issues and hopefully have a more seamless transfer, especially for large files like those.ย 

May I also know what device you are using?

I did as instructed, it says it's downloaded but when I play it offline, it stops due to no connection 

So, where is it downloaded into?
