Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, my app has stopped working...a shame, because it was running very stable before... The message came: "Your subscription has expired"...

Susanne Schwarzer, you probably need to reinstall it and it should be working again. Soon we will have "long lasting app" :)

App is working great so far! Would LOVE to see the ability to start or create remote sessions added soon. That's SUCH a fantastic ability /. Thanks for making it!

Hello Anton,
I have been having connection difficulties for some time with my Infopathy application on my iPhone 16.
The following messages are displayed:
โ€œThe technicians are temporarily performing maintenance.โ€
โ€œIt looks like your device is not connected.โ€
I have re-downloaded the app several times but the problem keeps recurring.

Hello, I don't remember doing anything in particular; I used the application once or twice and then one of the messages appeared... exiting and then returning to the application didn't change anything, I had to delete it and then re-download it.

Hello Isabelle! We're working on a fix for this that should be available in a day or two. In the meantime, you can "clear data" for the app, but unfortunately, this will log you out and remove all your downloaded ICs.

Nes | QA Analyst I'm having what looks like a similar error. The same thing happened about two months ago. Every time I try to use the app (on a Pixel 9a phone), it asks me to log in, and when I try to log in, it tells me I'm not connected to the internet, which is false. This has been happening for several days now. See the screenshot:

Hello Alexander Zubatov, we're working on a fix for this. Its already fixed in ios but we'll inform you as soon as it's fixed in android as well. Thank you!
