hello,
I would like to know if you can drink water impregnated with "Brain Alpha" to work immediately after drinking it, in meditation or doing creative visualization? does it switch us immediately to an Alpha rhythm to be able to do visualization?

Hi Bateleur, Brain waves are designed to impact the brain directly via acoustic waves. You can listen to this program with headphones or speakers and do meditation or creative visualization while listening.
