Wow. Have been suffering from a lot of tightness and tendency to spasm from overwork. Was literally able to feel fascia pulling and unwinding during this session throughout my whole body.

i...obviously missed this comment stacey, my apologies! i usually place it on my upper trap, or low back for fascial issues. if it's the fascia in a limb, i would probably place it there, too. but i tend to get good enough results with the upper back placement that i use it the most.

No oxygen or blood and our body compensates by holding itself, walking, sitting etc and their approach is so out there, not conventional, like yours. Tge people in tge program are living and caring like here. I think it’s a perfect package and great for a practitioner like u for clients u see with chronic pain or a 1/2 hour class s m or p m. One doesn’t replace the other but the sum of these are greater than the sum of its parts. Tgey have a university it’s a place people find after convention Al medicine throws up their hands after giving them pain meds for years. And people get back their lives

安東是對的。我最喜歡的位置是在肚臍或胃上。迷走神經從腦乾一直支配到子宮頸並影響每個器官，因此幾乎身體軀乾或頭骨底部附近的上背部/頸部的任何位置都可以！但是我特別喜歡肚子。
