Heather , PEMF ICs are best for direct application, but, yes, also can be imprinted into water.

Janine Eby, for sleep related ICs you can use them 2 times a day. First time in the middle of the day, second time one hours before sleep.

Hi Rob, you can use Glowing IC Pad with Audible ICs as well, to apply them directly to body, as PEMF.

Anton SF Do I understand this in the right manner? I have the glowing pad and can switch on an audible IC and use the glowing pad on my body (where is the best position please?) and therefore without headphones and it works just as well? 😍

Angelika Pfeifer, yes, you can use IC Pad with audible ICs as well. Apply then to sternum or targeted area if applicable.
