Hi p0rter, you can drink this IC a couple of times before bedtime. For example, 1 hour before bed and then 15 minutes before bed. Any time you can drink at least 50 ml (2oz of water), try holding water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

p0rter, in general, we recommend using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least three times a day, consuming at least 50 ml (2 oz) of water each time.
