我注意到你一直告訴人們要使用 50 毫升的水。我已經在我的 750 毫升 Flaska 瓶上印記了。一下子太多了嗎？如果可能的話，我已經多次執行 ICS。
自從使用 IC 墊後，我還發現自己喝了更多的水。我已經從每天 2 公升增加到幾乎 4.5 公升。我擔心我喝得太多了，但它正在下降。太簡單。這應該是個問題嗎？

I will give another try with Safari to see if it stays working.
