Hello everyone. How many liters of this water do you drink every day? And do I play a certain amount of water for 2 minutes or the larger the bottle, the more times I play it? Thank you for your help!

Melanie, up to 2 litters bottle in 2 minutes is okay. For a stronger imprint, you can always add additional repeats.ย

I'm sure it's been answered somewhere here but I know glass is the preferred container but can plastic containers with creams or liquids be put on the glow pad?

Hi Ericka, yes, you can also use plastic and other containers, but not metallic.
