hey folks... should I try various different ones or stick to the one complex and try it a number of times.. ? how do you know how many times to use one?  thanks

Stephen, in general, we recommend using the same imprint IC/complex at least 3 times per day, drinking a minimum of 50 ml (2 oz) each time. For best effect, hold the water in your mouth ~10 seconds and consider taking it on an empty stomach. If you donโ€™t notice improvement, give it a solid 2-week trial before switching or adjusting .
