Hi Anton. I did not get the information I need to know re practitioner training. How is the training provided - zoom classes? On line training manuals? How many training sessions to become a registered practitioner of Infopathy?

Hi Mary Anne Lema, at the moment we do not require training to become a practitioner on Infopathy, you can get a practitioner account and start working with your clients (https://www.infopathy.com/practitioner_premium). To enhance your knowledge and practice we currently planning a webinar for practitioners (first live and it will also be available as a recording to watch).

Hello, I notice my Glowing IC pad not glowing as bright as before. I tried unplugging / replugging the audio cable on device and computer. I've also charged the device. Should I replace the audio cable? How can I fix this? Thank you!
