It's been a while since I used my Glow Pad and I see there is a version 3 - I think mine is version one. It isn't working or connecting to any of my devices. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Tiffany, is you GlowPad round in grey metal casing? It is GlowPad 2. Please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger. If there is no yellow light during the charging, please try using a different charging USB cable (it is called a micro-USB cable).

Also, some browsers are more compatible than others — if you're having trouble, try using Chrome or Brave, as they tend to work best with the Infopathy.
Please see troubleshooting video for GlowPad 3 - https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing3&source=web (second video, starts around 19:30) steps are the same when using audio cable connection.
