Hi Linda, during the transfer glowing IC Pad should flash. Pattern of flashes may vary from IC to IC. Please follow these steps: 1) connect IC pad to your phone or computer. 2) start transfer 3) make sure volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer.

Hi Tony, if you start again does your IC Pad flash? You may need to charge it or make sure audio volume is set to maximum during the transfer.
