But first I have two questions. I have a water filter that structures the water with a magnet. Is there a risk that this water is somehow not suitable for an imprint? Or that the magnet (it also helps against EMF) itself somehow interferes with the process?

I can not say exactly, how much radiation is in my apartment. Should I only not put the water next to the router or is there also the danger that it does not work at all if there is too much EMF in the room?

Excessive smog EMF can remove imprint faster. If you concerned you can imprint bottle of water ever day (not once in 3 days). If you plan to imprint small tinctures (method 2) you can cover them with aluminum foil.
