question on how to use this , can you make a full glass (250ml) and drink it during that day , or is this one that you have to drink over 3 days. ALso just to confirm I pulg my IC PAD to the audio output and as long as the LED lights flashing then I know it is working

Hi Nab, yes, you can make a glass of water and drink it during the day. Method 1 and Method 2 is more about storing prepared water. If you use regular drinking water, it can be stored for up to 3 days. Therefore if you prepare 1 glass of water you can drink it during the day.
