Battery seems to be full, because when I charge it, the yellow light turns on, but then after about 1 minute, it turns off. But, it won't glow when I start a transfer (the volume is all the way up on my laptop). When I unplug it, there is a sound, so it´s not my laptop or the browser. When I plug it in, there is a flicker of blue for a second, that´s all. I tried it at two different computers, but no blue light. during transer. I really hope you can help me. Hi Anton, I have the same problem described by Brigit. My glow pad is charged. Volume is at maximum and I have powered off and restarted my iPad. Still no light on transfer. My glow pad is new and it worked for 2 days.
