Sandy, we can't recommend replacing anything, but people do the following - drinking IC water in addition to a particular vitamin, then slowly reducing the dose of the actual vitamin and seeing if the effect remains.

Anton SF thank you.. I feel awesome I think everything is working. 😉 I am 76 and go to a CrossFit gym 4-5 times a week … I am strong and getting stronger.. I had to modify some movements for like two years and now I am doing all of them again including Burpees! Thank you very much
