I am 60. Before Covid my naturopath put me on testosterone because I had 0 hormones! Yes none. I had energy and lost weight. I quit taking it during Covid due to prescription renewal and shut down. I use testosterone boosters and now I have been using this and love it. Definitely more energy. Just started so will update later.
