This PEMF initially entered my radar over a year ago when I first joined the platform but I only had one device at the time so I was unable to use it. After I upgraded to the Glow Pad 3, I realized that I could finally give this one a try. I did exactly as suggested, sandwiching my fingers in between both Glow Pads 2 and 3, finishing with the manual massage. It was great and the effect was noticeable. I was suffering from a bad device related trigger finger and there was immediate relief.
