Took at night for sleep and constipation and the next morning, i saw worms in my poop (1st time in my life). Researched about Triphala and saw it has some anti-parasitic benefits. Tried again 1 month later to see if the worms release was triggered by this IC, and the next morning it happened the same thing : some small worms in my poop. So this is definitely working
Lo tomé por la noche para el sueño y el estreñimiento, y a la mañana siguiente vi gusanos en mis heces (la primera vez en mi vida). Investigué sobre Triphala y vi que tiene algunos beneficios antiparasitarios. Lo intenté de nuevo un mes después para comprobar si la liberación de gusanos había sido desencadenada por este IC, y a la mañana siguiente ocurrió lo mismo: algunos pequeños gusanos en mis heces. Así que definitivamente está funcionando.
