After eight or so years of intermittent pain in my shoulder, the last two of which I could not raise my arm over my head without pain - this IC has restored my mobility 99.9%. It's still tender at times after over-exercising, but it resolves after a day or so. I started using March 8th and less than one month later I can finally sleep on that side again!!! With no shoulder or neck pain as before. I will continue to use a bit here and there to see if the .1% resolves! This is way better, less expensive, less invasive and permament whereas three cortisone shots did next to nothing and with no permanent results!! So blessed!

Después de unos ocho años de dolor intermitente en el hombro, los dos últimos sin poder levantar el brazo por encima de la cabeza sin dolor, este IC me ha devuelto la movilidad en un 99,9%. A veces todavía me duele después de hacer demasiado ejercicio, pero se me pasa al cabo de un día o dos. Empecé a usarlo el 8 de marzo y menos de un mes después ¡por fin puedo dormir de ese lado otra vez! Sin el dolor de hombro ni de cuello de antes. Seguiré usándolo un poco de vez en cuando para ver si el 0,1% se soluciona. ¡Es mucho mejor, más barato, menos invasivo y permanente, mientras que tres inyecciones de cortisona no me hicieron casi nada y no me dieron resultados permanentes! ¡Qué bendición!
