I've listened to this music a few times but wasn't consistant with it so didn't really notice much difference however now I've just started sending myself this on repeat via remote AND can't believe my tremors are substantially better. Anyone with Essential tremor will tell you that some days are worse than others, depends on stress, caffeine intake etc... well happy to report my tremors are slight to non existant now. Didn't really believe that the music would work via remote. Truly Amazing!!!
