Hello again, my device fell about 30 cm and now it's not lighting up anymore… is there anything I can do? Can I still use it? Is there a way to restart it?

Hello, I'm new here, but I urgently need something for my daughter:

Is there anything like this for Grandpa's genetic defect, specifically faded optic nerves? Or where could I find something like that? Or what can help stabilize the condition as much as possible and prevent it from worsening?
