Hi, I am new to this procedure, when doing a PEMF do the Glo Pad lights have to be face up or down on the skin please?

Kevin, place the IC Pad with the lights facing towards the skin. If you prefer not to place the IC Pad directly on your skin, you can position it over your clothing - just ensure the lights still face towards your body. Before starting the transfer, make sure the device is properly connected to your computer or smartphone and set the volume to maximum for the best results.
