Can I also place the ic pad on the breastbone or do I have to position it on the jaw joint?

ka, you can place the IC Pad directly over the affected jaw joint to target the area more effectively. However, if this placement is uncomfortable or impractical, you can position the IC Pad on the sternum (breastbone) as an alternative.

Elisa Biasi, Audible ICs work best when played one at a time, but you can try using up to 3 Audible ICs at a time.

Anton SF Thank you Anton, I tried together the CI Solfège of the chakras of the lower earth and that of the upper earth and the 2 sounds, high and especially the low ones really do me good and bring appeasement
