Hi, I had a bone graft in my upper jaw on Friday 10 April, everything was fine until I woke up this morning (Sunday 12th April)with my upper lip being swollen, it would seem I have got some bacteria from food (I think) that has somehow gotten in (maybe in the stitched areas) I have only been allowed to eat soft foods and no chewing allowed.ย  What is the best... Where is the best place to wear the InfoPathy on the body? Thank you!

Dixie Strunk, best place is directly over the area where your fascia feels tight, painful, or restrictedโ€”for example the neck, shoulders, low back, hips, thighs, feet, or wherever the problem is most noticeable. If youโ€™re using it more for whole-body fascia balancing rather than one specific spot, the sternum (center of the chest) is the best general placement because it acts as a central body โ€œbroadcastโ€ point.ย
