Hi Tim, yes, you can add other products to water, but you need to Transfer ICs after you added them, not before.

how many mls of ics shall i take for effect, foe example im taking diazepam 200mls 3x a day would it matter if i cut down to 100mls? whats the recommended amount?

Hi Tim, we suggest using the same IC at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml each time. Also, before swallowing water, try to hold it in your mouth for 10 seconds.
