Alfred, there is generally no reason why you couldn't run this PEMF while sleeping if that's what works best for you.

The main consideration is comfort - making sure the IC Pad stays in place and doesn't disturb your sleep. Some people also prefer daytime sessions if they notice they feel more energized during or after certain detox-focused programs, but this varies from person to person.

Georgia Dowsell, they're simply blank homeopathic pellets (also called sucrose/lactose homeopathic pellets) that can be purchased from Amazon or most homeopathic supply stores. They don't contain any active ingredients—they're used as a carrier for the IC imprint.

Please try to search Amazon for "blank homeopathic pellets" or "homeopathic sucrose pellets", and you'll find several options.

The above suggested programs sound great, how do you use them though please? All on one day at different times or use one for a few days then the other and so on?

Georgia Dowsell, you can certainly use them all on the same day if you like. Since they support different aspects of the healing process, they complement each other well.

If you prefer, you can also introduce them one at a time over a few days to see how your body responds, but it's not necessary. Just start at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
