When you say the stomach, are you referring to the area on and just below the navel?

ย Alfred, in this context, โ€œstomachโ€ refers to the lower abdominal area (belly) rather than the anatomical stomach organ.

For prostatitis, the relevant area is typically:
โ€ข The lower abdomen, on and just below the navel
ย โ€ข The pelvic region above the pubic bone

So placing the pad on the lower belly is appropriate.

 Can my glass bottle be left in the silicone sleeve during the imprinting? The bottle is covered with the sleeve on the bottom also. I love this process. I feel so much better.

Cynthia Foster, yes, leaving the silicone sleeve on your glass bottle is fine for imprinting since only metal blocks the signal, and even nonโ€‘transparent containers work (glass is still best). If the sleeve is thick/opaque and youโ€™re using the Glowing IC Pad, add one extra repeat or imprint slightly longer, and remember to shake the water before imprinting and keep it below 30ยฐC (86ยฐF).
