I tried to connect the IC pad to my iPhone with an adapter, but there is no transmission. It only works via laptop. where I can connect it directly. Does it have something to do with the adapter? Many thanks in advance for your reply.

Tammy, some adapters may not work. For iPhone we recommend getting an adapter from Apple website - search "Audio cable adapter" (about $10), or if purchasing from Amazon it should say [MFi certified].ย
