Marian Roper, with new IC Pad we have improved sinal quality and how LEDs are working, so it may not be as flashy as with old IC Pad.
If you hear sound coming from your computer during transfer and audio cable is correctly connected you may need to check the Sound settings on your computer. If you use Windows computer, please see the following when you open Settings:

Shannon Ashcroft, please navigate to "ICs&Complexes" page and then select "Created" tab and click "+New IC" (on top of the opened page you can see the video tutorial on how to use a synthesizer and import frequencies).ย

Hi, is it normal that the new Glow Pad 3 gets pretty hot when used with all 3 modi at once?ย
Used it for Happy Brain PEMF via Bluetooth.
Temperature of the hardware went too high to keep on body after a few minutes.ย
Switched to Infrared- only- mode but still very hot.
Checked the volume of the connected iPhone- volume was very low, maybe 1/5 of possible volume.
After... See more

Julia Zoellner, yes, that is normal for GlowPad 3 to get warm especially with PEMFs (but not too hot). New IC Pad outputs a stronger signal, so a stronger current is going through the coil. When using Bluetooth, the volume level would not affect the intensity.
The heat probably just built-up with time.ย
Switching LEDs also would not affect temperature much, as they don't contribute too much.

Does it... See more

Anton SF Ok, thanks for your reply. Then maybe I was over-cautious/ sensitive and afraid something could be wrong with the hardware or how I use it... I tried randomly other PEMFs this morning and had setting on full mode. Glow Pad feels warm but not overheated. I will observe further today and feel secured now, that there is nothing wrong with the Glow Pad.

Julia Zoellner, thank you! I also tried yesterdayย  Happy Brain PEMF with few devices and it felt warm after 10 mins, but not too hot.ย
Overall if it gets too hot for you, you can apply IC Pad through your clothes.
