Hi. I am having trouble with my ic glow pad not working. Volume is up, Bluetooth is commit, but the blue lights aren’t working. I would love some help. Thank you

Hi Anton SF question about the membership. Am I able to use any of the ic’s after my free trial runs out? Or to use any of them, I need to continue the monthly membership. Thanks

Geoff Dobbin, when membership expires you will still have access to ICs that marked "Free" in the catalogue page.

Hi Geoff, when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.

If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:
