This combination provides vitamin, mineral, and amino acid support that is specific for stress reduction, anxiety relief, and relaxation. It also directly supports the activity of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA. This combination should be considered not only for stress, but anxiety and panic attacks, addiction recovery, and insomnia. These nutrients are not sedating, but simply help to decrease sympathetic ('fight or flight') activity in the brain and thus promote calm and focus. Hello, I'm using the glowing pad. If I connect it via the headphone output, there's no light; it doesn't seem to be working. If I connect it via Bluetooth, I get lights. Is this normal? Thank you.
