I used it for awhile together with other alternative treatment, I would say it did help, try hard to include it in my morning routine because it seemed to help greatly, just not sure if it was by itself. Coughing has been one of my constant issues for months, so had to take/do other things (homeopathic and rife) for it. Still trying to get rid of it, is the second time dealing with it, last time lasted three years, was able to get rid with only one homeopathic remedy then, had tried everything else until found the one remedy that help.

I’m dealing with different things at once so at times I just get tired of trying if I don’t see results, it happened with this IC,, but I can not say this was not working, just other health issues happening at the same time… sorry for lengthy writing.

But I’m starting again, found some ICs I am trying also. 

Grateful to have all these helpful  things available to help with our health! 😊
