I used on my throats swollen lymph glands when I was starting to feel like I was coming down with something (a cold?) - this fixed it 😁. I use it now and again for maintenance now. It makes me very very sleepy (it used in bed, it has literally made me pass out … so maybe 🤔 my body was fighting off a virus and needed rest).

In a stressful situation, without having tripped or exercised much, I developed severe bursitis in my femur.
