Can not download any of my ic

To whom it may concern: Dear Sir/Madam, I need help to download my Ic. I did not use my platform for about 18 days. Now I restarted using it, but could not download any of my ic. It let me to select "Start IC transfer" and then, when I click on " Glowing IC pad", nothing have happened. I would appreciate your quick response. Thank you, Irene Bernstein

Dear Irene, you probably using iPad or maybe some other Apple mobile device. We had the same issue and fixed it by updating the software on the iPad. To do so tap on your iPad: Settings > General > Software Update. With old software versions the IC Platform, as well as other websites may not work as expected.
