Many of my programs are suddenly set to 5 repetitions. I can only reset them to 1. Why is this suddenly happening, and how can I delete it for all ICs and PEMFs at once?

Is this IC for fascia? Or ligaments like the extensor retinaculum? Is it for tendons?
