Used in the AM first thing and definitely noticed more control of my appetite. Will couple this with me going to gym (have been) and see how many pounds I lose.

I imprint six times in morning water. Will do so for afternoon and evening. This definitely helps me control my eating. I also notice that I am more aware of putting healthy items into my body when I do eat.
