Absolutely fantastic! I always do it about half an hour before going to sleep, and I sleep really well and hardly ever wake up. Effective from the first use! I use it for 6 repetitions and I'm thrilled.

Thank you for sending reply by email. What to choose for sleep there are so many it is to fall asleep so difficult I have to take a quarter of a pill otherwise I don't sleep it may be psychological so which program to choose. Thank you

Anton, This IC is somehow not playing anymore for me - not on either of my IC glow pads (older and newer) not does it make any sound without cable/bluetooth like it all usually does… 🤔 Any help appreciated! (I really like this one - using ‚Deep Sleep‘ meanwhile, but this one is my preference. 😊)

What seem to be happening is the IC is trying to load but doesn't send the signal. When it's connected to the internet it starts working.

I ran this before bed and ended up wired. There may have been other contributing factors. If so, this definitely did not override them, lol! Going to experiment with trying this earlier.

I'm trying this for my toddler that often wakes up at night multiple times. I will report if helps him sleep all night 🤞

Worked! Used it for my 12 years old daughter who always have difficulty in falling sleep and maintaining. Today we used it with Ic pad set it at 6 times and when I checked  her after about 30 mins she was sleeping deeply
