Binaural beats with 8-12 Hz, which corresponds to the brain state - very relaxed, passive attention. It starts at 12 Hz and moves to 8 Hz, slower beats.

I had a very stressful day, and at the ond of it, i had a very bad headache, followed by a lot of thoughts in my mind. I PEMFed this one onto my base of the head for 40 minutes and i feel more lightheaded. Awesome!
