Alkaline Complex provides valuable minerals to help maintain a healthy acid-base balance in the body. It may be used to support normal acid-base metabolism, maintain electrolyte balance, help with muscle function, support normal blood pressure, and aid with high acidic conditions such as rheumatism, arthritis, joint pain, and fatigue. This IC was made with the help of sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, potassium bicarbonate, and zinc citrate.

I started with Urine ph of 5.08 and felt a bit off and tired. After 250ml of this IC combined with alcaline ph booster, my urine went up to 5.87. At the end of the second day after another 250 ml and wearing two stickers on sternum and neck urine ph measured 6.78 and I feel more energetic.
