Had a small basal on my face and been using this method now for about 6 weeks or so mixed with frankincense oil …it has completely disappeared leaving my skin smooth. I used the circuit IC pad but will definitely upgrade to the glowing..I also bought your water jug and love it. For anyone new to this and are unsure..try the circuit IC pad first…I was not disappointed…also have used... See more

What setting is best for this one. Using to treat husband's head. Blue light or Blue and Red/Infra red? Red? Switch up combo?
