Week after week I took over the counter allergy meds combined with decongestants and nasal sprays and still woke up with a completely stuffed up nose, itchy throat and watery eyes,  breathing through my mouth.

I ran this audio through my IC pad for 1 cycle before bed (placing it on my sternum) and then played the audio on repeat through out the night.

After 3 hours, my sinuses are completely dried up for the first time in what seems like months.

I was in the middle of a pretty intense seasonal allergy attack, turned on this audio, and continued to work on my computer to distract myself. I was surprised to realize about ten minutes into it that my running nose stopped as well as my sneezing fits.

Is it advisable to use this audiobook preventively, i.e., if my hay fever usually starts during February, should I use it now as a preventative measure?

Hello, my daughter has hay fever with very watery eyes and a runny nose. Can I print the audio on a holographic sticker, and if so, where is the best place to stick it on her body? Should I also print ICs on it? Thanks in advance.

My 3 1/2 year old developed a raspy voice and intense coughing fits two nights ago that really hit her hard after bed time. After an hour plus of coughing fits I found this to play for her, she stopped coughing within two minutes and slept through the night, and hasn’t had a coughing fit since! 🙌
