I've been using this for 3 days and I can feel a positive benefit. I feel calmer and clearer/focussed. I have Mthfr 677T Heterozygous and I had been considering using the Slow COMT IC to break down my built up dopamine, but I think this one has helped and I no longer need the other. Thank you :)
