tried for 2 nights, very clear improvement in the quality of sleep, deep with only 1 awakening. Almost immediate falling asleep

Marlies Zoll I just spilled it on me int he shower before showering, no oil. More relaxed breathing, and general relaxation. Stopped running thoughts. Try it yourself.
