This is helping me so much with my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome! After one week using this and the Histamine Buster, I've gotten off all my OTC antihistamines, and am only using my oral rX occasionally. Whew! And my symptoms are better under control than before! This is what my Dr. was hoping for me : ) Only to need my monthly shot for MCAS and no more extra meds. (I expect to get to that point within a month.)

Imran, run your primary Allergy PEMF whenever symptoms tend to flare (often morning or mid‑day). You don’t need to run Histamine Buster immediately after—use it once daily a few hours apart from the allergy track for best separation, and up to twice daily on tougher days (placement: sternum). If you meant only Histamine Buster , its timing is flexible, 1–2 sessions per day is recommended.

While performing programming for PEMF protocol, I would like to recommend 2 things:

1. Set the default waveform to ramped sqr if this is not affecting other users.
2. Set the duration, minutes to blank or “1” rather than the current “0.00” as it is uncommon to set duration in terms of seconds.

Clement Lui, thank you for the suggestions! we will implement that. But regarding waveform, we would probably set Square, as if you usually use square ramped and Sharp, it is the same as just Square, but it will not need to be generated in a complicated way as actually Square Samp requires in the backend.
