To do this at the same time as the two feet, what do you think of a plastic board with 4 feet under which I place the IC Pad?

Rita Manzani, for optimal results, PEMF ICs should be applied close to the skin. Instead of using a plastic board, try treating one foot at a time or apply the IC Pad at the sternum or stomach.

Ariane Chui, you need to place the device with the lights facing inward, towards your body. This ensures that the energy from the IC is being directed toward the target area.

Just wow. I used this and the Schumann Resonance imprint ONCE for water that I used for a plant that I've had eight years...and within two weeks, it flowered. It never has flowered before. I wish I could upload photos!

Phoenix Cheung @ Soar with Phoenix i created a new complex with Schuman resonance and this Plant growth complex. i water this particular plant about once a week. i haven't used the boosted water in about a year, and this is a great reminder for me to do so! It really worked wonders with my plants.
